Sir Cesar Faison gets my vote.
- What can I say? Faison gets my vote. He's like Lucifer the fallen angel of the special agent. We all know what Lucifer is capable of, so Faison fell from grace too. Nerve gas, disguises and holding his lady's loved ones captive including the daughter and husband. Anyone who gets in the way....POW, out of the way. - Dr. Doom, Magneto, Loki, Electro, Scorpion, Shocker, Medusa, Goblin, The Prowler, and Bullseye. Spiderman had the coolest villians - they are not so over the top ridiculously endowed with super powers.
