- Joker-He's an insane lunatic with some the funniest lines in comic book history Poison Ivy-The best girl SuperVillian. She can kill you with a kiss and has Plant minions Mr.Freeze-His emotion backstory makes him a Villian that was destroyed by a 'Humanitarian' (A guy destroyed all his potions on him and forced him to be unable to be unable to live outside 0 degres) His weapon is so good. An ice ray. Red Skull is also really good.

Rogues galleries
- It's really hard to do a fair top ten list for all-time villains. But I could give my favorite rogues galleries: 5. Chew - not really a rogues gallery but his bad guys are hilarious. 4. Spider-man- not my fav character, but the villains are memorable. They normally have either an animalistic or elemental theme. And if they wore green then that's how we knew they were formidable. 3. The Flash - c'mon, the rogues? How could they not make the list. 2. Daredevil- I don't mean the devil's traditional villains (although his original RG had some interesting baddies e.g. Bullseye). I'm talking of Mark Waid's current run. The book is very well written but the art depicts how each encounter DD has is unique to his perception. (Plus Waid's choices of villains are clever in terms of motif/theme) 1. Batman- hands down the most awesome and original villains, even the new creations like Talon and the Court of Owls. They've always felt more like characters instead of plot devices.

- Uh...most powerful? Because Galactus is the 2nd powerful. #1 is that one girl (i forgot) thats more powerful. I can not discuss this now. I HAVE ALOT OF FAVORITE VILLAINS.

My Top 10 Favorite Super-Villains
- I think #10 on my list would have to be KINGPIN. #9 I guess must be LEX LUTHOR. DR DOOM is #7. #6 is BANE and #5 probably woud be MAGNETO. Most likely #4 should be GREEN GOBLIN. #3 is DARKSEID, #2 is VENOM, and my most favorite out of every one of them is THE JOKER. That's my vote. Thnx!

- i dunno if dragon ball Z was a comic but vegeta beats em all hands down, including Galactus. i vote Vegeta 9 times and since everyone forgot about him 10 goes to Shredder.
