One of the top selling and critically acclaimed graphic novels of all time has finally been transformed into a movie, despite the fact that creators Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons said it couldn't be done. This is Zack Snyders second foray into the comic book movie department, the first being 300, another critically acclaimed graphic novel. Fans are obviously both excited about this project and fear what it could do what has become one of the most revered graphic novels of all time. So far, the visuals seem to be there with the characters and settings really matching the comic. I truly hope they can pull it off, as this comic is very complicated and well told. If they do, it could truly be one of the great comic book movies of all time and not just one of the great graphic novels.
