The Punisher is a master with almost every kind of gun. He uses Rifles, shotguns, pistols, semi and fully automatic weapons each with ease. His marksmanship has also been honed over the years and he is able to stay cool, even in a firefight, giving him an edge against his opponents. The Punisher is also an expert in hand to hand combat and knife fighting, often preferring to take out enemies silently so as to not expose his position.

The Punisher has also many skills in crime fighting. He is an excellent detective and truly knows how his enemies operates, giving him the upper hand as he can generally guess what they are going to do next. He is an accomplished torturer, with skills in coercion and getting information by any means necessary. The Punisher is also a great tactician, knowing how to take down any enemy piece by piece, strking at just the right time to cause maximum damage.

Although not a superpower per se, his dedication to his mission is unfailing and when others would have given up a long time ago, The Punisher will see this through to the end, no matter what pain he has to go through to get his job done.

Punisher was a family man, a highly decorated marine, and on his way to having a wonderful life. But all of that changed while he was on leave and picnicking with his family in Central Park. They accidentally stumbled onto a mob killing and the mobsters opened fire, killing Frank’s wife, his children, and ultimately, his spirit.

Frank barely escaped, but one thing was sure. The events that transpired in that park changed his life forever. Abandoning his career in the military, Frank took his skills of warfare and turned them onto the ones that killed his family. But he didn’t stop there. Frank Castle’s old life was dead. Now, as the Punisher, he hands out the same death sentences to those whom he deems as part of the criminal world.
