MDCU Overview:
MDCU is great for comic fans that want to read a lot of comic books, but don't have a lot of space or money to put into them. The trade off is that you will not have access to current titles and will be behind the curve on storylines and happenings in the Marvel Universe. Another nice thing though is that if an old storyline is referenced in the current comics, you should be able to find those issues and read up on those storylines.
This subscription has a lot of bang for the buck and will give the comic fans many hours of enjoyment. There are limitations that Marvel has put on it though, as they want to protect their product from getting into the hands of digital pirates. I doubt you will ever be able to save your comics to your computer through this subscription service, but for the minimal amount that you pay, you are getting a great deal. November of 2010 saw over 100 comics added to the digital service, making that cost around nine cents per comic if you pay the largest amount.
