Scarlett is a master of martial arts and espionage. She uses her beauty to trick those into thinking that she is one to be overlooked and that is when she is the most lethal. Scarlett is also a master of many weapons, her main choice being the crossbow for its silent attack.

Scarlett was the first female GI Joe figure in the initial 1982 run.

Origin:

Coming from a large family of all boys who were also martial arts instructors, Scarlett learned how to fight at a young age, earning a black belt at the age of 15. She entered the military and excelled there, becoming an instructor and was eventually inducted into the GI Joe team. She is a master of espionage and intelligence, using her looks as a weapon against unsuspecting foes. She has also shown herself as an accomplished leader, and has lead the forces of GI Joe into battle.

Being one of the few female characters in the GI Joe universe, Scarlett has earned a lot of respect for what she brings to the comic, cartoon, and toyline. She continues to dominate as one of the top GI Joe characters.
