Buying gifts for the holidays can be extremely stressful, but with these ten items to choose from, you can be sure your comic book fan will be well taken care of. This is a list of the top gifts for adults this holiday season.

1. X-Men 3/ Superman Returns DVD Collectors/Special Edition

These movies made a pretty big impact in the box office, and now they are available on DVD. If the comic book fan in your life does not have these, then it could be a great choice. Be sure to try to get the X-Men collectors edition or the Superman Returns Special edition as these have more discs than the original release and are packed with great bonus material.

2. DC Direct/Marvel Legends

Some of the latest in the DC Direct/Marvel Legends action figure lines are really sweet. Take the Crisis on Infinite Earths DC figures or the Onslaught Marvel Legends villains series. Both have some excellent choices for the comic book fan.

Marvel's Ultimate Alliance is a hot holliday game that puts many of Marvel's heroes into your hands. You can play such heroes as Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor, The Thing, Wolverine, and many more. If your a Marvel fan, then this is sweet.

9. Star Wars Starship Battles

The latest release from Wizards of the coast in their Star Wars miniatures line is all about the space battle action. You can field many differnt spaceships from all the Star Wars movies. One cool thing about this set is that unlike the regular Star Wars Minis game, you don't have to deal with particular factions. Instead, you just have the light and dark side. Watch Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter fight with Luke's X-Wing!
