Budo Taijutsu is the art of the Ninja. The group did a very impressive display of how the Ninja would use their weapons, attacks, and body to overcome opponents. The Ninja was a master of deception and used many different tricks to give them the edge. One of the things that I learned is that the straight sword thought of as the Ninja-To was not the sword the Ninja used. They used a curved sword much like the samurai. You can thank Hollywood for the general publics view of Ninja’s and their favored weapon. And yes, the man in the photo is in some serious pain.
