A reader recently sent in a great question about a decent sized collection, almost a thousand comics, that had been entered into a price guide site with an estimated total value of around eight thousand dollars. Price guides can be a great tool when finding the value of a comic, but that value can be deceptive. The problem is going to be those comics that have a lower overall value and are easy to come by. While the price guide may say that they are worth five or ten dollars a pop, getting someone to pay that rate for them might be difficult. I came up with some strategies for the reader so check out my answer to his question of what to do with a large collection of comics that has already been individually graded.
