We are living in such a great age for comic books. There are so many ways to read and collect them, either in print or digital form. There is a plethora of free options and we have comic books covering just about every genre imaginable. It is also an interesting age for creators as self publishing is more viable than ever with crowd funding. Comic book creators are flocking to sites like Kickstarter to get the funds needed to make their dreams come true and fans get to participate in a way not seen before. David Gallaher and Steve Ellis are seeking this new method out with their creator owned project, The Only Living Boy. They went to Kickstarter, got their funding, and created the first part of their story which was released at C0mic-Con International a few weeks ago. Take a look at my review of The Only Living Boy and see if the pledges got their monies worth.
