Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning have made a name for themselves in writing other peoples battles in space. Between the two they have touched on many great science fiction frontiers in novel and comic book form. They have finally launched their creator owned comic through BOOM! Studios called The Hypernaturals about a super team of "hypers" tasked with keeping peace throughout the galaxy. On the core teams first mission, disaster strikes and it appears to be up to a group of rookies and retirees to get to the bottom of what could be the end of everything.
