Dick Giordano - In Memorium

The comic book world lost another of its heroes yesterday. Giordano was a prolific inker and editor, primarily at DC Comics, and was also a founding member of ACTOR, which later became The Hero Initiative. He was also a long time partner with Neal Adams and partnered with him throughout the 60's and 70's on comics like Batman and Green Lantern/Green Arrow. Many creators also cite him as a mentor and a person that helped nurture their career along. Even after his retirement, he continued to work in comics and appear at conventions.
