Underground Creation Process

Monday June 22, 2009
I always love seeing into the process of a comic creator. Over at Jeff Parker and Steve Lieber’s Underground comic blog, Lieber goes through the process for creating a page of their upcoming comic series Underground. It's always neat to see how each creator goes about making a page. Lieber uses the Cintiq to do a rough sketch and lay out his page. Then he ads word balloons and prints it out a blued out version of it and goes over the page using traditional inking tools. It’s not a process that I’ve seen before and I was intrigued to see it all come together. Check it out, then read the review of Underground here.
