Christmas Booty

Ah Christmas...a time to spend with family, eat good food, see friends, and get presents. If you have a special one in your life that understands your love for comics, then you can be sure that comic book goodness comes your way. If you don't, well use those gift certificates and pretend they understand.

My Christmas booty (so far) consists of a Superman trash can and coffee mug, a Captain America poster, and the big gift is getting my piece of comic art framed professionally. It will look great next to my framed Alex Ross print and I can't wait to hang it up. It's amazing how a nice frame takes a poster or piece of art and makes it something more than what it is. To me, it makes the whole presentation much more classy and acceptable to hang on the wall.

This has been a great Christmas so far and I can't wait to have dinner with the family. I hope you have a happy holidays no matter what (if any) you celebrate.
