Scott McCloud and Google

Sunday September 21, 2008
Comic books are being used more and more to convey not just entertainment, but information. Take this Google Chrome handbook, illustrated by Scott McCloud. Google Chrome is the latest browser from Google designed to change the way we search and fine information on the internet. The illustrations are crisp and are laid out in a similar fashion to Scott's books, Understanding Comics and Reinventing Comics. It's easy to see why he was chosen for the job. Comics are a great way to dispense information and more and more manuals, pamphlets, and instructions are being done in the universal language of pictures. Do you have any comics used to dispense instructions or information? Post below.
