First Look at NBC's Heroes

Friday June 9, 2006
NBC.com has posted a first look website of their upcoming series, "Heroes", where everyday people wake up with extraordinary powers. The site has a limited description of the series but also has a 4 minute trailer that gives us a first look into the new series. After watching this, I have to say, I'm excited. It appears to have a very different look into what it takes to be a hero and what regular people like you and me would do if they discovered they had super human abilities. It begs the question, what power would you have if you could wake up tomorrow and be a Hero? Post your comments below.

Yeah i agree looks totally cool
The teleportation looks mad plus the regenerative healing chick sortav breaks the mould and the first scene of the trailer was great. Anyway looks set to be pretty cool.

I’m definately looking forward to this show. First saw a trailor for it while at the movies. People are comparing it to Lost, and while I think it will be a vastly different show, I hope that it’s comparable in quality.

I loved the show. At first I was skeptical, bacause of all the shows/ movies about superheroes. I like where the writers are going with this. The fact that it isn’t limited to a few people. Most of these people just seem like ordinary people. Even though it is a show, in a way, it gives people hope. Everyone wishes for heroes in this dark world.

This show is the best thing since sliced bread. I found this heroes forum that’s pretty good.
