Psylocke in X-Men 3?

According to Scoop, Mei Melancon, a Filipina actress, has been cast as the mutant Psylocke, and will be a villain! Mei has had some small parts in Rush Hour 2, and Double Take, and has appeared in some T.V. roles such as Deadwood, Kitchen Confidential, and CSI.
